To fully understand, we want to clarify to you that your request will permanently delete all personal information linked to the One State Role Play mobile app account(s) you log in with through the Website. This includes the deletion of all personal information associated with the account, which encompasses in-app purchases, game progress and any other data related to the Game. This cannot be reversed.
In order to use this option you need to log in to your One State Role Play account on OneState Webshop and enter your Privacy ID number, which you may find in the “Settings” section in One State Role Play mobile app. Be sure you took a screenshot or save your Privacy ID number before deleting the mobile app from your device. Without this information we cannot confirm that account belongs to you and as a result, we won’t be able to delete your account or process any type of your request connected with account deletion.
